Why we started

We couldn't find a nappy bag we both actually wanted to carry.

So three children in, we made one, then the buggy organiser. We kept wishing for the clips that didn't snap and a hat that let a baby sleep through a bright afternoon. Everything Josalis makes started as something we needed and couldn't buy.

The Aurelia is cut from top-grain leather that softens with use rather than cracking under it. Eight pockets, four bottle holders, a padded sleeve that takes a 16-inch laptop, and a waterproof lining for the spill that is always coming. It arrives complete: bag, leather pouch, roll-up change mat, and a pair of The Mira Buggy Clips. The Elodie does the same work at the pram handle.

Prams, car seats, and aeroplane cabins rarely offer any. The Nodli Slumber Hat has a soft fold-down visor that shades a baby's eyes where the pram hood doesn't reach, then folds away when it isn't needed. Super soft organic cotton jersey with a little elastane in the band to keep it comfortably in place, available in three sizes and three striking colour combinations.

The Mira Buggy Clips carry a loaded nappy bag on one side and the weekly shop on the other. Top-grain leather straps: matte black carabiners rated to 10 kg per clip and 20 kg per pair. The adjustable strap wraps any standard pram handle: Bugaboo, iCandy, UPPAbaby, Silver Cross, Stokke and the rest. Sold as a pair in a matte black tin, ready to gift.

Which is exactly what we built for. Wipe clean linings for the milk that gets everywhere. Top-grain leather that takes a knock and looks better for it. Hardware still working just as well in month forty as in month four.

Early start, and everything has to come with you

The Aurelia takes the nappies, the bottles, the laptop and the change of everything, then goes on your back so both hands are free for whatever comes your way. Top-grain leather. No obvious baby bag look. Built for both parents.

02 - Organise

Everything within reach without stopping the pram

The Elodie clips to the buggy handle or can be worn over the shoulder or cross-body. However it is carried, it puts the nappy, the wipes, the snack and the phone within easy reach. The Mira Buggy Clips can also carry whatever is left: a loaded bag on one side, the shopping on the other.

03 - Rest

And then, if you're lucky, they sleep

The Nodli Slumber Hat folds a soft visor over a baby's eyes where the buggy or pram hood doesn't reach. Made from organic cotton with a little elastane in the band, weighing just 90g and it works just long enough, sometimes, to finish the coffee.
