Delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We are working on bringing Josalis to customers overseas and we will say so here when we do.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, so an order placed on a Friday, at a weekend or on a bank holiday is normally dispatched on the next working day after that.

We offer two delivery services:

  • Standard delivery, free on every order. Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally arrives within two to three working days of dispatch
  • Express delivery, £5.99. Royal Mail Tracked 24, which normally arrives within one to two working days of dispatch

Both services are tracked. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and they depend on Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email enquiries@josalis.com and we will chase it.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is free on everything we sell. There is no minimum order and no threshold to reach. Express delivery is £5.99. The full cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

If you are not in

Royal Mail will follow its standard process, which is usually a redelivery attempt or a card directing you to a local delivery office. If a parcel comes back to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening if you can and email enquiries@josalis.com as soon as you reasonably can. Telling us quickly helps us make a claim against the carrier, but it does not affect your statutory rights.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered and you have not received it, check with neighbours and any safe place first, then contact us and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.
